Experience
I bring years of experience, collected through years of freelancing, schooling, and simply “working my ass off.” From the small design shop of just a few hard dreamers, or a large lumbering corporation with a 600-page graphics guidelines pamphlet, I have worked there and I’ve seen the inner workings.
My assignments have including jobs in the publishing industry, financial reports, pharmaceutical monographs, posters, postcards, advertisements, magazines, point-of-sale, stickers, signage and everything inbetween.
Method
Clarity of message transends design or ”coolness,“ I don’t believe in design for design’s sake. Without an actual message at the core, the whole project will become hollow and people can sense that.
That being said, I will do what it takes to understand what you are trying to communicate. If that means going back to my Algebra 2 notes from college, or reading up on the blood/brain barrier osmosis – I will do it. I do it to understand it, so I can help you communicate you message and ideas better. I’m not just “laying it out and making it look pretty.”
…and there is nothing wrong with making it look cool.
